This Project is a Progressive Build
This project is for those individuals that believe in the mission of the project and are willing to stick with the progressive build. This companion site will be updated as EmComm Tools OS Community is built. The plan is to release high-value features by priority every month throughout the 2024 calendar year.
If you are impatient, this project is likely not for you.
Be Prepared to Wipe Your Computer Monthly
Since this is a progressive build, there will be new features added month-to-month. An upgrade process will not be in scope for this project. The expectation is that you are prepared to build an installation image and re-install EmComm Tools on your system.
If you prefer to not do this, wait several months or until the end of the year to work through the procedures in this document.
Technical Effort Required
The process described here will be slightly technical, but should be doable for anyone with the time and willing to try. We will have a few resources on the Buy Me a Coffee platform for those that are not technical, such as a private Discord server, companion videos and member streams. We’ve even discuss doing in-person installfests later this year as we wrap up the project.
